Just wanted to share my great experience with the phone replacement process. The rear camera lens cover had busted on my phone. I contacted support@myteracube.com and received a near immediate response with detailed instructions of the info they needed and how the process would work. I paid my $39 replacement fee and received an email later that day notifying my phone had been shipped and the tracking number along with an attachment with step-by-step instructions for the UPS Store associates. The phone was received a few days later at a nearby UPS store, I took my printed out instructions and was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. The old phone goes back in the same box that the replacement came in. The UPS rep couldn’t believe how easy Teracube had made the replacement process for them. So, long story short, if you’re concerned at all about the replacement process…don’t be. Sharad and team makes it easy for everyone!
