Where do we send phones for repair/replacement?

Before I go any further, my phone needs neither.

I was just curious, if my phone were to develop a problem that needed fixing, is there a USA address we would send it to? Asking because my phone was shipped from Hong Kong and took a couple of weeks to get here, like packages from aliexpress or wish.com would.

We wouldn’t have to ship our phones to Hong Kong for repairs, would we?

We will be performing all repairs from our US office. Just send us an email at support@myteracube.com to start any repair process. We will arrange shipping, etc based on your country.
